Exceeding Expectations Winter Edition

Every winter people ask if this is the slow season for Above Par Construction. The answer is always: the work never stops it just changes! Above Par may be known for its exterior work such as roofing and siding but we continue to exceed expectations and turn your vision into reality all year round! There are so many interior projects we do and below are just a few examples of the work we do during the winter months.

Framing and General Carpentry

This project isn’t necessarily inside, but it is an important step. Sometimes an accident happens and you need a quick repair or you might need an entire structure replaced. No matter what the case, the experienced carpenters are ready to get the job done! Drywall & Interior Paint

Whether the problem is big or small we are able to meet your needs! One example of how we put brighten a homeowner’s day is as follows: Mr. Ziller of Huntley wanted to update the look of his kitchen by replacing wood paneling, removing a table that was attached to the wall and apply a fresh coat of paint. Kitchen Remodel

Everyone loves to be in the kitchen but does everyone want to be in yours? Kitchen updates range from just replacing appliances to removing an unnecessary wall to open up the floor space. We’re in the process of one now (top secret pictures coming soon) and have specialists ready to help you with every step of the process. When it comes to the actual work we have a highly rated team ready to design, construct and decorate! Bathroom Remodel

We normally don’t allow potty talk, but in this case: it’s needed. According to the National Association of Realtors 76 percent of the people who remodel their bathroom have a greater desire to be home and 86 percent of those felt a great sense of accomplishment when thinking about the new interior project. This is a we were able to complete and both us and the homeowner are very happy with it!
