At Above Par Construction, Inc. we turn your vision into a reality! We are excited to announce an extraordinary opportunity for homeowners in our community and surrounding areas a chance to enter in our “Win a Free Roof” contest.

How to Enter

To enter our contest, you must take a photo of the green Above Par Construction truck. The photo cannot be taken at an employee’s residence. You are not allowed more than one entry per week.

• LIKE the Above Par Construction Facebook page OR Instagram.
• From your personal page (not business page), tag Above Par Construction on Facebook with a photo of the green Above Par Construction truck.
• Then, message Above Par Construction through Facebook with the following information… First/Last Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email address.

If you do not have social media, you may email a photo of the green Above Par Construction truck to [email protected] with the following information… First/Last Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email address.

The Prize

The lucky winner of our “Win a Free Roof” contest will receive a complete roofing system, including materials and installation, free! This includes a re-roof up to 2,000 square feet of shingles on a residential home – no commercial properties. Our team will work closely with the winner to select a premium architectural shingle that best suits their needs. The winner must be the owner of the home and reside in one of the following counties: Lake, McHenry, Cook, DuPage, Boone, or Winnebago. This contest is not eligible with any other offer/coupon, or an already contracted property, and cannot be used in conjunction with an insurance claim. Must comply with HOA, if applicable.

There will be 2 additional winners selected at random that will receive a free gift basket. These winners will be announced on Tuesday, December 16^th, 2024 on Facebook – LIVE at 2pm. Winner does not have to be watching to win.

Why Enter?

Your roof is more than just the top layer of your home; it provides protection for you, your family, and your belongings from the elements. Above Par Construction will re-roof up to 20 squares / 2,000 square feet of shingles with the proper underlayment, per the current building codes. Standard Flashings (rake/eave flashing, baby tins if needed). Standard Roof Accessories (Pipe jacks, box roof vents). Above Par Construction will also dispose of any materials and debris.

How We Choose the Winner!

Facebook messages are checked each Wednesday for eligible entries (tagging verified). Emails are checked daily. No more than one entry per week. One winner will be selected through a random drawing, from all eligible entries. Drawing will be held on Tuesday, December 16^th, 2024. Work will begin in Spring of 2025.

Homeowner will allow Above Par Construction permission to use before and after photos on social media, and the Above Par Construction website.

Homeowner will allow Above Par Construction to advertise the project and place a sign or banner on property for the duration of the project, and up to 30 days after project completion.

Exclusions

Gutters, Gutter Guards, Downspouts, Tuck Pointing/ Masonry Issues, Chimney Flashing, Decorative Chimney Surround, Skylights, Attic Fans, Solar Panels, Plywood, and Permits (which if needed, will be applied for by Above Par Construction). Above Par Construction will supply up to 2 sheets of plywood (64sf) at no cost. Employees, family of, or Direct Associates of Above Par Construction are also excluded.

Additional charges may apply if… re-roof is more than 2,000 square feet (additional charge per 100 square feet, at current market price). More than 1 story (2^nd story charge). Steep 6/12 pitch or higher.

• Prize includes labor and materials. Approximate retail value is $20,000 USD.
• Property must be in working order and free of hazards, potential structural problems, or deficiencies that would require mitigation or repairs beyond the scope of work by Above Par Construction, Inc. This includes but is not limited to having sufficient structural support, and being free of mold, asbestos, and pests.
• The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
• All prizes are non-transferable.
• The winner must read, agree to, and sign a “How to Prepare” document before work can begin.
• Above Par Construction, Inc. retains the right to make substitutions of equivalent materials or approximate value in the event of material unavailability for any reason whatsoever.
• Structural or interior leak repairs are NOT included with the free roof.
• Above Par Construction, Inc. is not liable for any damages, loss or injuries that may occur while taking photos. We ask that you use caution and follow the rules of the road.
